Identifying competitive advantage

Now I want to explain the competitive advantage is usually temporary, which I understand is, to survive and thrive an organization must create a competitive advantage and is divided into two, namely: _
1) Competitive advantage 
                                                  2) First-mover advantage    

This is what can we discuss about:

                                           Wood-Based Furniture Industry. 


Buyer Power                    Low since the choices among customer are few.
Supplier Power                High since the supplier have to produce new product.
Substitute Product           High since the substitue for wood are many like feather, etc.
Market Entrance              High since the supplier have to supply new substitute product.
Competitors                     High since the supplier have to compete each other in order to supply.

In order to create business focus, an organization must follow the generic strategy which are 


Competitive advantage help business drive further in industry.
